    Hi I'm not sure your website is updated to the latest version.

    I have checked your site, you can fix it by yourself.

    In file: platform/themes/ultra/partials/shortcodes/recent-posts.blade.php.
    Replace all 

    data-bs-toggle="tab"

    to 

    data-toggle="tab"
