Ok it's still a bad customer support. What i'm asking for is not customization. even the simple slider feature is auto slide.
Enabling a setting to allow the slider to auto slide is not customization, the underlining JavaScript you use for the slider already support it. The fact that you didn't enable the auto slide parameter in your admin interface does not mean it's not possible. Maybe all that is needed is just a simple html or html data attribute that i can manually add will sort my problem.
You know what to do, all you would have said is:
I can't login to your server to do this for you, but you can go here in file system and do this and and that and auto-slide will work on layout-8. that is all. You give your customer tips to help them resolve their issues. This give good customer experience and also makes your product flexible and powerful but when simple things can't be done, and you hide useful simple information. it brings bad customer experience as i'm having now.
Anyway, if you don't want to help by giving me the tips to make layout 8 auto slide, then don't worry. Now I have new problem which is covered by your support policy, please check my new ticket because some shortcode are not inserting.
