Routes are defined at:

line 19-23
resido/platform/plugins/newsletter/routes/web.php

Maybe you're missing a step in the installation. You try reinstalling

I just tried login admin and your site.
Maybe it's a bug that's causing the newsletter's route to fail.
I just reactive this plugin and everything is fine.
You check again and if it's ok you can change the admin password
